Dahua IMOU DMSS APP


Kindly, please assist, Dealer keeps asking concurrent users issue, because he wants look for and purpose Dahua NVR which models can monitor NVR by many users at the same time.   
——We strongly not recommend use too many account to log in one device, because normally the network at site don’t have such big bandwidth, which will cause jam when you preview/playback.

  1. Because one user looks for Dahua NVR allow 128 concurrent users can login smartphone app to monitor camera at the same time,  Last week valued dealer came to office tried IMOU APP for Dahua NVR, we tried Imou APP only allow 1 user account can login means this app, If user uses another smartphone login IMOU with same account it will automatic sign off previous smartphone IMOU. Is That mean 1 concurrent account only? What is the better Dahua smartphone apps can support many concurrent users login to monitor at the same time?
——if you want to use Dahua devices, pls use IDMSS Plus(ios)/GDMSS PLUS(Android), that will have more features; imou normally connect wifi product; both apps only allow one account to log in; concurrent account means one device can be log in via different clients, such as different PC WEB.
  1. I searched website there is another mobile app Easy4IP and gDMSS , this app same as IMOU app? Can use for IMOU consumer and Dahua NVR? What is the concurrent users to login?
——DMSS plus support both imou & DAHUA, both apps only allow one account to log in.
  1. IMOU, EASY4IP or gDMSS   these smartphone apps can use for IMOU Products (consumer products) and Dahua  (commercial Products)?
——IMOU can support part functions for dahua devices, and if you use same account with dmss, it will auto sync device info, but we don’t recommend use imou for Dahua devices,  because imou don’t have full function like DMSS plus.
Below mentioned, model  DHI-NVR4208-8P-4KS2 data sheet mentioned Max User Access 128 users, what is that mean concurrent users or what dahua mobile phone app can support 128 users?
——Max User Access 128 users means log in by different clients, like different PC WEB. If you want to log in by APP, pls use DMSS PLUS, and don’t use account to sign in, just use locally, notice: We strongly not recommend use too many account to log in one device.

Reset IMOU Binding

  Device has been bound by ***@**” when adding camera to my account. For customer privacy reasons, one device can be added only by one account. If the device was added by other account, you cannot add it again. (1) If you want to add it to a new account, you must delete it from previous account first. (2) If you forgot your account details, please send a picture of the device label with the serial number clearly visible to service.global@imoulife.com, and tell us where you bought it.
